Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using danny-yachts.com or booking any services with Danny Yachts. By accessing our website or making a reservation, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Danny Yachts provides luxury yacht charter and rental services in Miami, Florida. All charters depart from Venetian Causeway, Miami Beach, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Bookings and Deposits

A deposit is required to confirm your yacht reservation. The deposit amount and payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. Full payment is due prior to the charter date unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the charter date may receive a full refund or credit. Cancellations within 7 days of the charter date may forfeit the deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. Danny Yachts reserves the right to cancel charters due to unsafe weather conditions with a full refund or rescheduling option.

4. Guest Conduct

All guests must comply with the captain's instructions at all times. Danny Yachts reserves the right to terminate a charter without refund if guests engage in unsafe, illegal, or disruptive behavior. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the vessel.

5. Alcohol Policy

Guests may bring their own alcohol (BYOB) for personal consumption. Danny Yachts does not sell or provide alcohol. Guests are responsible for consuming alcohol responsibly. The captain reserves the right to refuse boarding to visibly intoxicated guests.

6. Capacity and Safety

All charters are subject to passenger capacity limits as required by US Coast Guard regulations. Guests must comply with all safety instructions and requirements. Life jackets and safety equipment are provided on all vessels.

7. Liability

Danny Yachts and its captains maintain all required licenses and insurance. Guests participate in all activities at their own risk. Danny Yachts is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings unless caused by gross negligence.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on danny-yachts.com, including text, images, and videos, is the property of Danny Yachts and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Miami-Dade County courts.
